DAPITAN
CITY (April 22, 2019) - On April 21, 2019
at about 8:55 PM, a 20-year old female named Beverly a resident of Brgy Sto.
Niño, Dapitan City reported to Dapitan City Police Station that she was
harassed and threatened by his husband identified as Tirso Morandilla Bundaog,
40 years old, married, a resident of Tamilokan, Katipunan, Zamboanga del Norte who
was armed with a Samurai at Brgy Sto. Niño, Dapitan City.
Immediately, alert team of Dapitan City
Police Station proceeded to the reported place to respond and verify the said
report.
Upon arrival thereat, the suspect was
caught in the act by the responding team in possession of the following deadly
weapons:
One (1) Samurai measuring Thirty-six
(36) inches long including the handle,
One (1) red backpack,
One (1) unit improvised homemade
shotgun with 5 live ammos,
One (1) icepick; and
One (1) unit Honda CV motorcycle
bearing temporary plate number 09106-66430.
Meanwhile, at about 9:20 PM of same
date, the arrested suspect and the confiscated items was brought at Dapitan City
Police Station for proper disposition.
