City (April 7, 2019) - Conflagration
incident transpired at Purok Balintawak, Brgy. Punta, Dipolog City at about 7:10 PM of April 6, 2019. Immediately thereafter, PNP
personnel of Dipolog CPS together with BFP responded to the said report..
Initial investigation conducted
disclosed that the conflagration started at the residence of Mario S Montero at
around 6:45 in the evening of this date, Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP)
responded at the said area and declared fire-out at around 7:32 in the evening
of the same date.
Estimated cost of structural damages
more or less Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱250,000.00) and the cause and
origin of fire is still to yet to be determined by the BFP investigator.

Number 6 Most Wanted Person, Nabbed
DIPOLOG
CITY/Misamis Occidental (April 7, 2019) - On April 6, 2019 at about 2:45 o’ clock in the afternoon at
Sinacaban Cockpit Arena, Purok Bougambila, Brgy. Pob. Sinacaban, Misamis
Occidental, Joint personnel from Polanco MPS led by PCMS Simeon Cayacap Wapelle
Jr., Sinacaban MPS, CIDG-Misamis Occidental and Dipolog CPS with the aid of Eye
in the barangay conducted manhunt operation.
The operation was resulted to the successful
arrest of Top Number 6 Most Wanted Person in Municipality of Polanco.
The suspect was identified as William
Buca Bodiongan, aka Alfredo/Al, 50 years old, male, married, farmer and a
resident of Purok-3, Brgy. Upper Centro, Tudela, Misamis Occidential.
The accused was arrested by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest, charged for the crime of “Rape and Acts of Lasciviousness in
relation to R.A. No. 7610” under criminal case number 21941 and 21943,
respectively issued by Presiding Judge Rogelio D. Laquihon, RTC, Branch 7,
Dipolog City dated July 12, 2017 with no bail bond recommended.
During the arrest, the accused was
properly informed on his constitutional rights in dialect understood by him.
The subject is now detained at
Sinacaban MPS for proper disposition and will be brought to Polanco MPS for
turned-over to the issuing court.
