RA 9165 Violator Captured in
Gutalac, Zamboanga Del Norte
GUTALAC, Zamboanga del Norte (Nov.
7, 2018) –
The Combined elements of 901st Maneuvering Company of RMFB9 together with
Gutalac MPS conducted joint Law Enforcement Operation (Service of Warrant of
Arrest) at Barangay Cocob, Gutalac, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 10:00 o’clock
in the morning of November 6, 2018
The
operation was resulted to the arrest of the suspect identified as Felix Sumabot
Dumpalac, 19 yrs. old (January 1, 1999), male, Elementary Level, jobless and
resident of afore-mentioned barangay.
Suspect
was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge of Branch 28, RTC,
9th Judicial Region, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte dated August 22, 2018 docketed
under Criminal Case no. L-003447 for ”Violation of Sec 11 Art II of RA 9165”
with bail bond amounting to Php 200,000.00.
Arrested
wanted person is now detained at Gutalac MPS for proper disposition. with

Arsonist Captured in Zamboanga Del
Norte
SINDANGAN, Zamboanga del Norte (Nov.
8, 2018) –
The Police operatives of Sindangan Police Station, Zamboanga Del Norte PPO have
arrested a farmer charge with arson in a manhunt operation at Brgy Imelda,
Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 6:05 PM of November 7, 2018.
Arrested
was identified as Crispin Bustamante Gio, 36 years old, male, married, farmer
and a resident of aforementioned place.
This
is by virtue of Warrant of Arrest charged for the crime of Arson under Criminal
Case No S-5821 issued by Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 11, Sindangan, Zamboanga
Del Norte dated September 19, 2018 with bail of P40, 000.00. Accused now
detained at Sindangan MPS for proper disposition.
1 Dead in Road Crash Accident
SINDANGAN, Zamboanga del Norte (Nov.
8, 2018) –
Vehicular traffic accident transpired along the National Hi- Way of Maras,
Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte at around 11:25 AM of November 7, 2018.
The
vehicles involved was a Rural Bus Transit with body NO 10806 owned by RTMI,
driven by one Leo Emotin Nugas, 48 years
old, married a resident of west Poblacion, Rizal and Rusi Motorcycle, no plate
number attached and was driven by Ariel Colot, 27 years old, single,
temporarily residing at Purok 5, Goleo, Sindangan.
Investigation
conducted disclosed that motorcycle was being towed by another MC when the
driver of motorcycle was out balanced
then stumble into the road, the driver was accidentally run over by the
incoming Rural Bus which was travelling
from opposite direction that resulted to the instantaneous death of the driver
of motorcycle.
All
vehicles including the driver of the Rural Bus are now under custody of
Sindangan MPS for proper disposition.
1 killed in Stabbing Incident
ROXAS, Zamboanga Del Norte (Nov. 7,
2018) –
One person as killed in stabbing incident transpired at Sitio Magutong, Brgy
Salisig, Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte at around 6:00 PM of November 6, 2018.
The
victim was identified as Angelito Epat Mamintas, 33 years old, married a
resident of Sitio Magutong, Brgy Gubat, Roxas.
The
suspect is identified as Mario Ganuran Mamintas, 61 years old, married and a
resident of Sitio Magutong, Brgy Salisig, Roxas. Seized from the suspect was a
one piece 12 inches double bladed knife.
Initial
investigation disclosed that the victim was having a drinking spree along with
the suspect.
Moments
later the duo engaged in a heated argument that resulted the suspect to stab
the victim that caused his untimely death.
After
the incident the suspect surrendered to the brgy officials thereat. Cadaver of
the victim was retrieved by his family for burial, while the suspect was now
under custody of Roxas MPS for proper disposition.
