Arrest of Wanted Person

- On March 06, 2018 at about 11:50 AM, PNP personnel of Polanco MPS conducted
manhunt operation of wanted person at Barangay Santo Niἦo,
Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte. This resulted in the arrest of Erica Cataan
Rusiana, 49 years old, single, businesswomen, a resident of Barangay Santo
Nino, Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by
Hon. Deborah P. Garcia-Nazario-Presiding Judge of MTC of Polanco 9th Judicial
Region, Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte dated January 18, 2018 for the crime of
Grave Oral Defamation docketed under criminal case number 2293 with no bail
bond recommended for Non-appearance in court. Arrested person temporarily
detained at Polanco MPS for proper disposition.
