Arrest of Wanted Person
Elements of Liloy MPS and
Dipolog City Police Station conducted manhunt operation at Sitio Lobing Ogis,
Galas, Dipolog City at about 11:00 AM of October 9, 2017. This led to the
arrest of Merily Gongob Adriatico, 38 years old, married and resident of Sitio
Lobing Ogis, Galas, Dipolog City. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest issued
by Presiding Judge Oscar D. Tomarong, Rtc9, Branch 28, Liloy, Zamboanga Del
Norte dated September 26, 2017 for the crime of estafa docketed under criminal
case number l-003290 with recommended bail bond amounting to two hundred
thousand pesos (₱200,000.00) for his temporary liberty. Arrested accused is
detained at Dipolog CPS lock-up cell while post coordination is conducted prior
traveling back to Liloy MPS for proper disposition.
