Pusher Arrested in Siocon
SIOCON,
ZaNorte (Aug. 2, 2018) - Drug
Enforcement Unit of Siocon MPS together with the troops from 905th RMFB9
conducted anti-illegal drug buy-bust operation at Laurel Street, Brgy.
Poblacion, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 10:45 PM of July 29, 2018.
Said relentless operation resulted to
the arrest of the above-mentioned suspect identified as Ammin Patarata Apuaca,
30 years old, married, male, elementary graduate, fisherman, not a drug
surrenderee of Siocon MPS and a resident of Brgy. Bucana, Siocon.
After the consummated illegal drug
transaction of the poseur-buyer to the aforementioned suspect, he was
successfully arrested and recovered/ confiscated is the following to wit:
a.
One piece small size heat sealed
transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be
Methamphetamine Hydrochloride which marked as APA -01 (BB) (Buy Bust Evidence),
b. One piece small size heat sealed
transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be
Methamphetamine Hydrochloride which marked as APA -02 (Possession),
c. One piece medium size heat sealed
transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be
Methamphetamine Hydrochloride which marked as APA -03 (Possession),
d. One piece medium size heat sealed
transparent plastic sachet containing white stone like crystalline substance
believed to be Methamphetamine Hydrochloride which marked as APA -04
(Possession),
e. One piece Five Hundred (500) peso
bill with serial # BV643836 – utilized as buy bust money which marked as APA
-05.
f. Five-hundred-peso bill in different
denominations (1pc ₱200, 1pc ₱100, 4 pcs ₱50),
g. One piece cut/rolled/crumpled strip
foil,
h. One piece Black headset,
i. One piece cigarette pack Mighty green,
j. One piece small pouch inside of it
is a yellow cellophane with piece of color red TM sim card and
k. One unit black MC without side cover
bearing plate # JI 1551.
Confiscated heat-sealed transparent
plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance believed to be
Methamphetamine Hydrochloride locally known as “Shabu.”
The said recovered items will be turned
over to Zamboanga del Norte Provincial Crime Laboratory for examination to
determine the presence of dangerous drugs/ essential chemicals and further take
initial custody of the same.
Arrested suspect was brought to Siocon
District Hospital for medical and physical examination then conducted to Siocon
MPS for further investigation and disposition while the charges before them are
being prepared.

Hacking
Incident
ROXAS,
ZaNorte (Aug. 2, 2018) - Alleged hacking
incident transpired at Purok 3A, Brgy. Langatian, Rozas, Zamboanga Del Norte at
about 4:40 PM of July 29, 2018.
The victim was identified as John Alex
Baguinat, 30 years old, single and a resident of above-mentioned place. He was
brought to Roxas Rural Health Unit for medical attention due to sustain two
hack wounds in his head.
The suspect was identified as Jobert
Bacsayan Aljas, 24 years old single, and presently residing on said place and
believed to have mental illness and armed with hatchet, bolo and a knife.
The family of the suspect also revealed
that they have not scheduled the suspect for medication at Dapitan City due to
financial reasons that caused the suspect to go mad.
After a long negotiation with the
suspect to surrender and due to the situation of his location, the team request
for assistance from personnel of Roxas Municipal Fire Station to spray water to
the suspect using fire truck to distract his attention.
When noticed that he dropped his weapon
after being hit with water spray, the team immediately enter the area and
arrest the suspect. The suspect successfully arrested with the support of
Barangay Officials and Tanods of Brgy. Langatian.
Suspect was brought to the Roxas MPS
