JOSE
DALMAAN, Zamnboanga del Norte – One person
was wounded in Shooting incident took place at Brgy. Sigamok, Jose Dalman,
Zamboanga del Norte at about at about 11:00 PM of May 1, 2019.

Licup, PRO9 Director identified the four victims as:
Jake Niñofranco, 45 years old, married,
of Katipunan, Zamboanga del Norte,
William Clamohoy Y Morino, 58 years
old,
Eduardo Labadlabad Y Andi, 33 years old
and Alias “Titi” Cuenca, legal age, both residents of Poblacion, Jose Dalman,
Zamboanga del Norte and
Aias “Matoy” Hernani, legal age and a
resident of Sitio Diwait, Brgy. Tabon, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga del Norte.
Accordingly, the victims were all
travelling on board their respective motorcycle from Brgy. Dinasan going to
Brgy. Poblacion, Jose Dalman and upon reaching at Brgy. Sigamok, saw Military
Jeep parked beside the road and unidentified person wearing sweatshirt color
gray, long pants color blue, estimated height 5.5 to 5.7, age 45 to 48, was
standing beside the said Military jeep and flagged down the victims.
However, the victims ignored and were eventually
shot several times by the unidentified person who fled away onboard of the said
Military Jeep going to Brgy. Dinasan, Jose Dalmam.
William Clamohoy was hit on his left
arm and back portion of his body and he managed to drive going to Jose Dalman Rural
Health Unit for his immediate treatment, then, duty Physician Dr. Mark Daniel
Brodith forwarded him to Zamboanga del Norte Hospital, Dipolog City.
Jose Dalman Municipal Police Station now
conducting follow-up investigation for possible identification and arrest of
the suspect.
Arson Incident
SINDANGAN,
Zamboanga del Norte - An arson incident occurred at the house
of Reshem C. Olvido located at Barangay Sto. Niño, Sindangan, Zamboanga del
Norte at about 8:00 PM of May 1, 2019.
Initial investigation conducted by
Sindangan Bureau of Fire Protection personnel disclosed that, accordingly, on
or about 8:00 PM of May 1, 2019, a house of William Olvido, a husband of Reshem
Olvido, 42 years old, married, resident of Sto. Niño, Sindangan, Zambonga del
Norte was burnt into ashes by three (3) unidentified persons riding XR150 color
black and red combination.
Said house was made of light materials
and only the pillars are concrete. Estimated fire losses amounted to Seventy-Five
thousand Pesos (Php75,000.00), Philippine currency, more or less, and no
casualty/injured person noted on said occurrence.

Suspect Cuffed
LILOY,
Zamboanga del Norte - Police operatives of 1st Maneuvering Company
of RFMB9 based at Liloy Zamboanga del Norte and personnel of Tampilisan MPS
conducted Intel driven operation on campaign against wanted person at Brgy
Farmington Tampilisan, Zamboanga del Norte at around 7:45 PM of May 1, 2019.

Licup, PRO9 Director said the operation resulted to the successful arrest of Ronilo
Alayon Bation, 29 years old, single, farmer and a resident of said place.
He was arrested for the crime of “Rape
In Relation To RA 7610 under Criminal Case # L-003654, L-003655, L-003659 and
L-003660 issued and signed by the Honorable Presiding Judge of RTC, Branch 28,
9th Judicial Region, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte dated last April 11, 2019 with
no bail recommended.
Arrested person is now detained at
Tampilisan MPS for proper disposition.
Rape
Suspect Arrested in Police Ops
RIZAL,
Zamboanga del Norte) - Joint Team of
Rizal Municipal Police Station led by Police Lt. Jonnel Diamante Velasco and
PNP team from Panaon Municipal Police Station led by Police Captain Joel Mutia
Esic conducted Manhunt Operation thru Intel driven operation with the aid of
informant at Purok 2, Sitio Cunalom, Brgy San Juan, Panaon, Misamis Occidental at
about 5:30 PM of May 1, 2019.

Licup, PRO9 Director said the operation was resulted to the arrest of one
Samuel Osorno Jr. y Camunay, 39 years old, single, laborer, resident of Purok
2, Sitio Cunalom, Brgy San Juan, Panaon, Misamis Occidental.
The accused was arrested by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge of RTC Branch 7, 9th Judicial Region Dipolog
City dated January 30, 2006 for the crime of Rape docketed in Criminal Case
Nos. 13243-13245 (3 counts) with no bail bond recommended.
Arrested person was brought to Rizal Municipal
Police Station for proper disposition.
