Traffic Accident
DAPITAN
CITY (Nov. 28, 2018) - Vehicular traffic
accident transpired along National Highway of Sulangon, Dapitan City, Zamboanga
Del Norte particularly at Purok C-4, in front of Barangay Hall at about 4:50 PM
of November 27, 2018.
Two motor vehicles were involved of the
said accident:
Vehicle 1 describe as Silver Honda wave
100 with cab, bearing temporary plate no. 090807, registered under the name of
Marobel B. Pautor, driven by Maximiano Soliva Labadlabad, 48 years old, male,
and a resident of Purok Nangka, Brgy. Sulangon, Dapitan City, with four (4)
unidentified passengers.
While vehicle 2 described as black with
white combination Yamaha Mio 125, bearing Temp plate no E3R2E-1846929, driven
by Arnel Magbojos Esmade, 22 years old, male, single, no CR/OR and driver’s
license presented and a resident of Purok Molave, Brgy. Sulangon, Dapitan City.
Initial investigation conducted by
Dapitan CPS disclosed that both vehicles were traversing the same direction at
National highway of Brgy. Sulangon, Dapitan City going to their respective
residence led by vehicle 1. Upon reaching at the said place of incident,
vehicle 2 lost control to his driven motorcycle that caused to accidentally
bumped V1 at the back portion that resulted damages like wheel was depleted
while V2 fell down on the ground resulted to damages at the front portion of
said vehicle like wheel was depleted.
Driver of Vehicle 2 was thrown off from
his driven MC, causing him to sustain physical injuries on the different part
of his body which he was rushed to Zanorte Medical Center, Dipolog City for medical
treatment.
V1 was left inside of Brgy Hall of
Sulangon, Dapitan City while V2 was brought to Dapitan CPS for proper
disposition while investigation is ongoing.
Arrest
Wanted Person with Illegal Possession of Firearms and Ammos
LIBERTAD,
Zamboanga del Norte (Nov. 29, 2018) – The
PNP personnel of La Libertad MPS conducted manhunt operation at Sitio Maruk,
Brgy. Mercedes, La Libertad, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 5:00 AM November 28,
2018.
The operation was led to the successful
arrest of the suspect identified as one Bernabe Cabanlit Alardi aka Bernardo
Alardi, 49 years old, married, jobless a resident of the abovementioned place.
The suspect was arrested by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Robbery under Criminal Case no. P-3220, with
Bail bond recommended amounting to (P12, 000.00) issued by Acting Judge of the
2nd MCTC of Piñan-La Libertad, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 001, Piñan,
Zamboanga Del Norte, dated October 17, 2018.
Recovered during the operation were one
unit caliber .22 rifle, one unit home-made shotgun with two ammunitions and one
unit marble gun, one set of army camouflage, a pair of combat boots, one empty
bandolier, a police field cap, two bolos with scabbard and one bolo without
scabbard all hanged in the wall.
The arrested wanted person was further
charge of a case for violation of Section 28 of Republic Act 10591 (Illegal
Possession of Firearms and ammunition).
Accused was informed of his
constitutional rights and now temporarily detained at La Libertad MPS for
proper disposition.
Report
on Illegal Possession of Firearms & Explosive
GUTALAC,
Zamboanga del Norte (Nov. 28, 2018) – The
personnel of 14th RDC, 1st ID, Phil Army based at Charlie Coy, 42IB, 9ID, PA
successfully arrested one person for Illegal Possession of Firearms and
Explosive while conducting checkpoint along the
National Highway of Brgy. Osukan, Labason, Zamboanga Del Norte on November 27,
2018 at about 8:20 PM.
The arrested person was identified as
Julkiram Batting Ongo, aka Jukiram B. Ongo, aka Julkiram Mucaddam, aka Kiram
Mucaddam, 48 years old, male, married, farmer and a resident of Brgy. Canuto
Enerio, Gutalac, Zamboanga Del Norte
Investigation disclosed that while
conducting checkpoint, the members of Phil Army sensed suspicion to the driver
who is about to drive away his MC towards Gutalac direction.
When the suspect confronted, the
magazine guide of his pistol Cal. 45 was seen in plain view by member of Phil.
Army that prompted him to interview for carrying FA.
The suspect unable to show pertinent
documents on his FA that resulted to incidental to his lawful arrest. Recovered
also from his possession & control one hand grenade mark PRB.
Likewise confiscated one unit cal. 45
pistol (Colt) bearing SN 135780 with one magazine containing 6 live ammos, one
unit cellphone and XRM 125 color red with PN 5268 JI.
Suspect is now under the custody of PNP
Labason for proper filing of case in court.
Suicide
Incident
SINDANGAN,
Zamboanga del Norte (Nov. 28, 2018) -
Suicide incident transpired at Brgy. Lower Inuman, Sindangan Zamboanga Del
Norte.
Acted on the said report, Sindangan MPS
together with the RHU representative Bernardo Nayre and Dr. Rex Samsun immediately
proceeded to the area of incident to verify the veracity of the report.
Upon arrival, the victim was already
removed from its original position by his father Edgar J. Acierto and the crime
scene was already contaminated.
The victim was identified as JR Baylon
Acierto, 20 years old, male; single also a resident of the said place.
According to his mother identified as Annie B. Acierto at around 3:00 AM
(November 27, 2018), she was awakened to prepare milk for her grandchild, where
she saw the victim who was already awake and was looking at her.
However, she did not pay attention to
him for she was used to it. Meanwhile, at around 5:00 AM of same date, his
father wondered why his son did not come out from his room, so he went to the
room of his son then opened the door and saw his son lying in his bed full of
blood with a bolo on the floor.
Further, revealed that the victim
allegedly cut his throat using a sharp bolo. The cadaver of the victim was
properly turned-over to his immediate families.

against Illegal Drugs (SW) and Loose FAs
SIRAWAI,
Zamboanga Del Norte – The joint team of Regional
Intelligence Division 9, 905th RMFB, Zamboanga Del Norte Provincial Mobile
Force Company and Sirawai MPS served the Search Warrat Nr2018-11-22 (06) for
Violation of section 11 of RA 9165
At about 9:00 PM of November 28, 2018
at Sitio Labuan, Brgy Macuyon, Sirawai, Zamboanga Del Norte, against Murphy
Wahi Pawa, 43yo, married, Job Order employee of Sirawai LGU, a resident of
Sitio Labuan, Brgy Macuyon, Sirawai, Zamboanga Del Norte issued by Judge of
RTC9, Branch 27, Siocon.
Confiscated from his possession were 10
sachets of Shabu and one unit Cal 38 Revolver without markings loaded with six
Cal 38 ammos.
Arrested suspect and seized items are
now under custody of Sirawai MPS.

Suspect Arrested
DAPITAN
CITY (Nov. 30, 2018) – The PNP
personnel of Dapitan City Police Station conducted manhunt operation at Brgy
Banonong-Lawaan, Dapitan City at about 9:10AM of November 29, 2018.
Arrested suspect was identified as
Ernesto Cagandahan Bagsican, 60 years old, married and a resident of Brgy Ma.
Cristina, Dapitan City.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of
Arrest issued by Judge of MTCC, 9th RTC, Dapitan City dated November 29, 2018
for the crime of Theft docketed under Criminal Case no. 18240, with bail bond
amounting to Php6,000.00.
Arrested wanted person is now detained
Dapita CPS for proper disposition.
