INCIDENT REPORT - December 28, 2017

Stabbing Incident

MANUKAN - Stabbing incident occurred at Brgy. Saluyong, Manukan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 1:30 PM of December 26, 2017. The victim was identified as Elena Vale nee Arcadio, 31 years old, married and resident of said place. Accordingly, she was stabbed by her husband identified as Agustin Ention Vale, 34 years old, a resident of same place.. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the victim (Elena) was at her house, when suddenly her husband (Agustin) arrived and believed to be under the intoxicated liquor. The two had heated arguments, the suspect then stabbed the victim using a scissors. The victim sustained minor injury at her back. PNP elements of Manukan MPS proceeded to the above mentioned place and at about 7:00 PM of same date, the said suspect was successfully arrested.

Robbery Incident

SIAYAN - Robbery incident occurred at the National Highway of Ramon Magsaysay, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 9:45 PM of December 26, 2017. The victim was Janice Verano Maningo, 32 years old, married, female, a resident of Brgy Bantayan, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte. Accordingly, while she was busy in selling her displayed fruits in the aforementioned place suddenly, two (2) unidentified riding suspects arrived a Suzuki 110 motorcycle, parked in front of her fruit stand and the back rider alighted and approached her pretending to buy Then pulled his revolver and pointed towards the victim (Janice) and eventually grabbed the sling bag of the victim containing Nine Thousand Pesos (P9,000.00) and one (1) Visan unit Cellphone worth Five Thousand (P5,000.00), then hurriedly embark to their getaway motorcycle and fled towards Siayan, Immediately, PNP personnel of Sindangan MPS conducted joint hot pursuit operation together with her husband Luciano Maningo, and other concerned citizens for the possible arrest of the fleeing suspects. At about 12:05 AM of December 27, 2017, the responding team was able to found the abandoned motorcycle hidden at the cornfield along National Highway of Seryac, Siayan, and positively identified by the husband that the Motorcycle was the one used by the fleeing suspects.

Vehicular Accident

LILOY - Vehicular accident occurred at Barangay Banigan, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte. December 27, 2017 at about 4:10 PM. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that CPL Niño Earl Gomez Dagohoy, male, 28 years old, married, member of Philippine Army and presently assigned at 1st Division, Pulakan, Pagadian City and a resident of Osukan, Labason, Zamboanga del Norte, together with his back rider Mr Resty Fajardo Bernido, male, 24 years old, single and a resident of same place, while they were traversing the national highway of Barangay Banigan, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte going to municipality of Labason, Zamboanga del Norte, upon reaching at the place of accident the driver loss his control on his driven motorcycle Honda Mio 125, color Black and Yellow combination with plate no. is for registration, that resulted them to tumbled down. Said driver and his back rider was immediately brought to Liloy Integrated Health District Hospital by Kirk Michael Napigkit, Godofredo Carolasan and Rey Nicanor, employee of DPWH who happened to passed at the accident area after the accident, but CPL Niño Earl Gomez Dagohoy was declared dead on arrival by the attending Physician Dr. Niel Gibran Caidic, while the back rider Mr Resty Fajardo Bernido sustained injuries to the different parts of his body.

  

INCIDENT REPORT - December 20, 2017

Stabbing Incident

GUTALAC - Stabbing incident transpired at Sitio Gacsod, Map, Gutalac, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 8: 00 PM of December 19, 2017. The victim was identified as Joel Teorima Sumacal, 34 years old, single farmer and a resident of Brgy Map, Gutalac, Zamboanga Del Norte. Initial investigation disclosed that around 7:30 PM of same date the victim was walking along the above mentioned place when suddenly two persons waylaid him later identified as Ogie Ningas and Odin Ningas both residents of Brgy Cocob, Gutalac, Zamboanga Del Norte with no apparent reason suspects helped one another stabbed the victim then immediately fled to unknown direction. The victim suffered three stabbed wounds on his body and was rushed to Labason District Hospital. Gutalac MPS are now conducting pursuit operation to arrest the suspects. Vehicular Traffic Accident

DAPITAN CITY - Motor vehicle traffic accident transpired along the National Highway, Brgy Barcelona, Dapitan City at about 4:50 PM of December 19, 2017 involving a Honda XRM 125 mc, bearing plate no 1923-kk, black with white color combination driven by Gemar Selaras Alson, 43 years old, male, married a resident of Bubunao, Brgy Ilaya, Dapitan City and a pedestrian identified as Estrelite Cadungog Dagpin, 74 years old, female, married a resident of Brgy Barcelona, Dapitan City. Initial investigation disclosed that at around 4:45 PM of same date said motorcycle was running from Brgy Ilaya, Dapitan City bound for Sapang Dalaga, Mis.Occidental. Upon reaching at the place of accident particularly at kilometer 17, said pedestrian suddenly walked across the said road and was accidentally bumped by the said motorcycle. As a result the driver and the pedestrian was rushed to Dr. Jose Rizal Memorial Hospital (DJRMH) Dapitan City for injuries they sustained. However, the pedestrian was declared dead on arrival by the attending physician Dr Cherilyn Ruth Ramirez. The driver of the vehicle was now under custody of Dapitan CPS for proper disposition including his driven motorcycle.

INCIDENT REPORT - December 18, 2017

Recovered Dead Body

LILOY - The person of Florencio Ferrer Sereno, male, 66 years old, and a resident of Brgy Causwagan, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte was found lying inside on his small nipa hut of said place at about 1:00 PM of December 17, 2017. The victim sustained stabbed wounds on the different parts of his body and gunshot wound on his abdomen which resulted to his instantaneous death. PNP personnel of Liloy MPS conducted follow up investigation to determine the motive and possible arrest of the suspect.

Hacking Incident

SINDANGAN - Hacking incident transpired at Sitio Pangi, Brgy Mandih, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 6:30 PM of December 17, 2017, wherein the victim identified as Sherwin Palag Caballero, 22 years old, male, single was hacked by their neighbor identified as Modie Bersano Alcalde, 38 years old, male, single and both residents of above mentioned barangay. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that that incident transpired at 6:30 pm of December 17, 2017, wherein the victim and the suspect were having a drinking spree after a few minutes, the suspect got mad and subsequently got bolo and hacked the victim hitting on his left arm and upper right back portion of his body and was immediately brought to Sindangan District Hospital for medical treatment and further his attending physician Dra. Julieta Yano referred the victim to Zanorte Medical Center. Suspect was arrest by the responding PNP of Sindangan MPS and presently detained at said station for proper disposition.

INCIDENT REPORT - December 17, 2017

Male Cadaver Found

SIAYAN - A male cadaver was found at Barangay Soguilon, Siayan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 7:00 AM of December 16, 2017. Immediately, PNP team of Siayan MPS proceeded to said place to verify the veracity of said report and upon arrival at the said place of incident they found out that the victim was inside the house of Hon. Rolando Alimpong Anggap, 42 years old, married, Brgy Councilor of said place. The victim was identified as Rizalday Otao Cais, 28 years old, Filipino, construction worker, married and resident of Brgy Gunyan, Siayan, Zamboanga Del Norte. Initial investigation conducted revealed that victim was hired by the above mentioned Brgy Councilor to construct the flooring of his store with his three (3) co-workers namely, Noli Buntalan Gallemet, 30 years old; Jordan Emot Bongcawel, 14 years old and Marlon Alzukiba Sumabot 19 years old all residents of said place, further at around 6:00 pm of December 15, 2017, they started the said construction and at around 3:00 AM of same date, the three (3) co-workers slept ahead while the victim continued his job. At about 6:00 AM of December 16, 2017 his co-workers were surprised when they discovered the victim lying in the floor lifeless. No foul play found base on the post mortem examination conducted by Mr. Rio D Anadeo-RHU Representative. The cadaver of the victim was turned-over to the wife and now requesting for an autopsy.

Fire Incident

LILOY - Fire incident transpired at brgy Ganase, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 7:30 AM of December 15, 2017, wherein the nipa hut owned by Gomerando Candia was razed by fire including himself. Initial investigation conducted by BFP- Liloy disclosed that prior to the incident at around 6:35 AM of same date the victim was cooking on his fireplace and left unattended and believed to have fall asleep when the fire escalates in the entire nipa hut. Their neighbors tried to helped but the victim was not able to escape the raging fire that resulted to his instantaneous death. The victim’s cadaver sustained severe burn injuries, and was turned over to his immediate family. Estimated cost damaged amounting to (P5, 000.00).

Man Arrested in Dapitan City for Possessing Marijuana

DAPITAN - Combined elements of PDEA, Zamboanga Del Norte assisted by Dapitan CPS, Regional Maritime Unit 9, Dapitan City and Phil. Coast Guard, Dapitan City conducted drug buy-bust operation at Brgy San Vicente, Dapitan City at about 1:00 AM of December 15, 2017 particularly at lablab store. This resulted in the arrest of Jon Aldrich Kaabay Noblezala, male, 25 years old a resident of victoria Country Homes, Brgy Ubay, Polanco, Zambonaga Del Norte. Confiscated during the operation were as follows; one (1) pc self-sealing transparent pack containing dried marijuana leaves with estimated weight of more or less 300 grams worth P5,000.00 and two (2) pcs bill buy bust money bearing serial nos. aw167699 and bc 988147. A case of section 5 and 11 art ii of RA 9165 is being prepared by PDEA. Subject person is now under custody of Dapitan CPS. 

Campaign against Illegal Logging

SIOCON - Operatives of Siocon MPS and CENRO conducted an operation against illegal logging activity at Sitio Look-Malakubing, Brgy. Latabon, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 4:00 PM of December 15, 2017. This to the confiscation of illegally cut lumber of endangered species of “apitong”, “miyapis” and “lauan” and with different dimension estimated volume of 1,000 board feet with estimated total local market value of ₱34,000.00 per ₱25.00 for each board foot. Said lumber was now in the custody of CENRO-Siocon. The Siocon MPS is now conducting thorough investigation to identify the responsible of cutting the endangered species of trees.

INCIDENT REPORT - December 15, 2017

Arrest of Prison Escapee

DAPITAN CITY - Operatives of Dapitan City Police Station have arrested an escapee at Purok Balao, Brgy Taguilon Dapitan City at about 10:20 PM of December 14, 2017. immediately personnel of Dapitan CPS together with personnel of Dipolog City Jail led by Jail Senior Inspector Benjamin Cepeda, Jail Warden of Dipolog City Jail for the arrest of the escapee whom they chased from Dipolog City to Dapitan City, wherein at about 10:20 PM of December 14, 2017, subject escapee identified as Marvin Acojedo Metante, a resident of Brgy Sangkol, Dipolog City was successfully arrested by the responding personnel. Investigation revealed that at about 8:15 AM of December 14, 2017, subject detainee escaped from Dipolog City Jail, Brgy Dicayas, Dipolog City who has a pending case for the crime of theft with cc no. 55023 and 55024. he escaped, by climbing and jumping off the fence at the back portion of said jail facility and ran towards the grassy area and walked by foot until he reach Brgy San Pedro, Dapitan City then he ride a motor cab going to Brgy Bagting then finally, he rides again a habal-habal going to Brgy Sto. Niño at the residence of his wife. he then went to his family at Brgy Taguilon, Dapitan City where he was arrested. Subject person was received by Jail Senior Inspector Benjamin Cepeda, Jail Warden of Dipolog City Jail.

Arrest of Robbery Suspect

SINDANGAN - Robbery incident transpired at Brgy La Roche, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 7:30 PM of December 10, 2017 particularly at the house of Violeta Pon Jalosjos,  56 years old, who was robbed by the suspect identified later as George Daguinotas Pon, 31 years old, male, single and a resident at Lalab, Sibutad, Zamboanga Del Norte. Further be informed that at about 11:00 AM of December 14, 2017 intelligence operatives of Sindangan MPS conducted follow-up operation at Brgy Disud, Sindangan, and successfully arrested the suspect. Arrested suspect was immediately brought to Sindangan MPS for proper disposition. But incidentally, while search and seizure was conducted to the suspect with the presence of the victim (Violeta Jalosjos), doj representative Jerson N. Cruda And Hon. Elenito B. Bacara- Brgy. Councilor, the police office was able recover the following, to wit: two (2) heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance believed to be “shabu”, one (1) piece disposable lighter, one (1) pair gold earring, one (1) piece fifty-peso bill, one (1) piece twenty-peso bill, one (1) piece five-peso coin, one (1) piece one-peso coin, one (1) piece five centavo and one (1) unit pack bag. Arrested suspect and the confiscated items were in custody of Sindangan MPS for proper disposition.

INCIDENT REPORT - December 13, 2017

Hacking Incident

SIAYAN - Hacking incident occurred at Barangay Muñoz, Siayan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 7:00 PM of December 12, 2017. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the suspect was identified as Romulo Pandic Andat, 38 years old, farmer widower, Filipino, of same place voluntarily surrender to the responding team and turned-over his scythe as the weapon used. The suspect revealed that he is the responsible in hacking the victim identified as Ricky Chavez Grapa, 47 years old, married, farmer, Filipino a resident of same place was found lying at the terrace of the suspect’s house with hacked wound on his neck. Immediately the responding team brought the victim to Siayan Diagnostic Center but he was pronounced dead on arrival by his attending physician Dr. Raymond Nadela. further investigation conducted disclosed that the suspect and the victim with their companions had a drinking spree and while in the course of their drinking session, the suspect got angry, then the suspect’s father Emelio Dalayan Andat 72 years old pacified but the suspect choked his father, then the victim hold and pacified the suspect to save Emilio, but the suspect drew a scythe (sanggot) and hacked the victim hitting at his neck which resulted to his untimely death. During their struggle the suspect sustained injuries in his head. The suspect is now temporarily detained at Siayan MPS for filing of appropriate charges in court.

Rape Suspect Arrested in Katipunan

KATIPUNAN - Operatives of Katipunan MPS together with CIDG personnel conducted manhunt operation at Barangay San Antonio, Katipunan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 10:50 AM of December 12, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of Fhelmor Albania Bantilan, male, Filipino, 55 years old, married and a resident of same place. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest for crime of rape docketed in criminal case no.: 11229-11230 with no bail bond recommended, issued by Hon. Soledad A. Acaylar, Presiding Judge, Branch 7, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte issued on September 30, 2003. Subject person was listed in Katipunan Target acquisition list of wanted person municipal level and now detained at said police station for proper disposition.

Vehicular Traffic Accident

DAPITAN CITY - Vehicular traffic accident transpired along the National Highway of Barangay San Pedro, Dapitan City at about 10:40 PM of December 12, 2017, involving two (2) motor vehicles resulted to death and damage to properties. initial investigation conducted disclosed that vehicle 1 - white tractor, bearing plate number AGA-9704 with a trailer bearing plate number nze-376, driven by Pablo Pusod Gacang, 53 years old, male, married a resident of Kasinglot, Taguloan, Cagayan De Oro City, while vehicle 2 - a black haojue  motorcycle, bearing plate number 9776-qi, driven by Carlos Incarnacion Nacino, 56 years old, male with live-in partner, a resident of Barangay Polo, Dapitan City, believe to be driving under the influence of liquor. initial investigation conducted disclosed that prior to the incident, vehicle 1 was running from the Dipolog City bound for Orqueta City, while vehicle 2 was running from Dipolog City going to Dapitan City and upon reaching at the place of accident particularly near the phoenix gasoline station, the vehicle 1 stop at the side of said road with brake light. After a few minutes, the rear side of vehicle 1 was bumped by vehicle 2. The driver of vehicle 2 was dead on the spot due to the said incident. The cadaver was brought to Gamalinda Funeral Homes, Lawa-An, Brgy Dawo, Dapitan City, while the driver of the vehicle 1 was voluntarily surrendered to dapitan cps pending fling of appropriate charges in court. The vehicles involved were brought to this Dapitan CPS for proper disposition. The investigator on case is SPO1 Arthur Obnimaga with CP no 0950-777-3279.

INCIDENT REPORT - December 12, 2017

Stabbing Incident

SIBUTAD - Stabbing incident transpired at Brgy Calilic, Sibutad Zamboanga Del Norte at about 5:00 PM of December 10, 2017. The victim was identified as Winston Gumimao Emoria, 21 years old, and the suspect was Roberto Elumbaring Astillero, 55 years old, both residents of said place. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that prior to the incident; the victim went to the house of the suspect to fetch water. When he arrived at said place he was called by the suspect to come up to their house for a conversation. Few minutes after, the suspect went inside the kitchen of the house and when he came back, he had a knife on his hand and without any reason, stabbed the victim hitting in the right portion of his body. After the incident, the victim left the house and asked for assistance to transport him to hospital for medication while the suspect tried to escape riding his motorcycle but he was arrested by the responding PNP personnel of Sibutad MPS and now detained at Said station for proper disposition. Recovered from his possession was one (1) hunting knife measuring twelve (12) inches long including the handle. Motive of the incident is personal grudge.

Hacking Incident

SINDANGAN - Hacking incident occurred at Brgy Tinaplan, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 5:00 PM of December 11, 2107, wherein one Konsil Agum y Maligon, 66, married, male, Filipino, also a resident of Brgy Tinaplan, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte was hacked by suspect identified as Bernabe Agum y Banugon, legal age, married, also a resident of the said place. The victim sustained multiple hacked wounds and was brought to Sindangan District Hospital, Sindangan, Zamboanga Dewl Norte, while the suspect ran towards undetermined direction. Incident happened at the rubber plantation of said brgy. Hot pursuit operation was being conducted by Sindangan MPS for possible arrest of the suspect.

Arrest of Wanted Person

DIPOLOG CITY - Operatives of Dipolog City Police Station conducted manhunt operation at Purok Crismus, Brgy Sicayab, Dipolog City about 1:30PM of December 11, 2017. This led to the arrest of Audionito Dalaygon Jr y Tatad, 61 years old, male, married, and a resident of Purok Crismus, Brgy Sicayab, Dipolog City. Suspect was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Presiding Judge Victoriano D. Lacaya Jr of RTC9, Branch 9, Dipolog City dated November 8, 2017 for crime of Grave Threats in rel. to Sec. 3 (q),28 (a), 29 and 35 of RA 10591 docketed under criminal cases number 21112 with bail bond recommended  fixed at One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100,000.00). The said accused was arrested in his residence and now detained at Dipolog CPS Detention Cell for proper disposition

Suicide Incident

MUTIA - Suicide incident transpired at Brgy. Pasorio Mutia, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 8:30PM of December 10, 2017.  Initial investigation conducted by the responding team disclosed that on or about 8:30 PM of same date, the victim identified as James Horcerada y Orong, 40 years old, male, married, Filipino, farmer and a resident of Barangay Pasorio, Mutia Zamboanga del Norte. Accordingly, the mother of the victim name Perla Horcerada y Orong discovered the victim hanging on the tree located at the back portion of their kitchen, tied with a nylon curtain. Mutia MPS is now contacting the Rural Health Officer for the conduct of post mortem examination. Investigator on case is PO2 Riclu B. Acbayan with contact number 09120283300.

INCIDENT REPORT - December 9, 2017

Hacking Incident

POLANCO - Hacking incident transpired at around 9:05 AM of December 8, 2017 at Barangay Labrador, Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte, wherein victim identified as Lorenzo Nueva Indoy, 62 years old, married, of Barangay Labrador, Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte was hack by his brother identified as certain Bonifacio Nueva Indoy, 56 years old, single, Barangay Labrador, Polanco. Investigation revealed that the victim approached his brother to borrow his bolo, which at that time his brother was holding it. His brother was too furious for no reason and turned his anger to him by hacking him once, hitting on the right portion of his face. Suspect was now arrested by the responding Polanco MPS and was brought and detained at Polanco MPS while case of frustrated homicide is now being prepared. The victim was rushed to rural health unit of this municipality for medical attention.

INCIDENT REPORT - December 7, 2017

RA 9262 Violator Nabbed

SINDANGAN - Intelligence personnel of Sindangan MPS conducted manhunt operation at Barangay Ramon Magsaysay, Sindangan Zamboanga Del Norte at about 9:35 AM of December 6, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of Vincent Binghay Ybañez Sr., 63 years old, male, married, resident of Barangay Magsaysay, Sindangan Zamboanga Del Norte. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest for violation of sec 5 (h) of RA 9262 with cc # s-5701 issued by Honorable Judge Reymar  Lacaya Of Regional Trial Court Sindangan Dated December 4, 2017 with bail bond of Php 12,000 for his temporary liberty. Arrested person was brought to Sindangan District Hospital for physical and medical examination after which subject person was brought and temporarily detained at Sindangan MPS for proper disposition. 

RA 9262 Violator Arrested 

DIPOLOG CITY - Operatives of Zamboanga Del Norte PPO arrested the person of Godofredo Agpasa Regencia, 59 years old, at his residence in Sitio Banicapt, Galas Dipolog City at about 2:40 PM of December 6, 2017. He was arrested at his residence by virtue of warrant of arrest dated December 5, 2017, issued by Hon. Judge Rogelio D. Laquihon, Presiding Judge, RTC-Branch 7 for Violation of Section 5 of RA 9262. Recommended bail bond for his temporary liberty was fixed in the amount of twelve thousand pesos (php12, 000) for his temporary liberty. Suspect is now temporarily detained at Dipolog City Police Station Detention Cell for proper disposition.

Vehicular Traffic Accident

LILOY - A red Mitsubishi canter bearing plate no ACT 8216, registered under the name of liberty Insurance Corporation bumped a female child at Barangay Patawag, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 11:00 AM of December 6, 2017. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the driver Mr Ronald Casicas Delejero driver of the Mitsubishi canter, while traversing the national highway from Labason to Liloy, and upon reaching at the place of accident bump a 3 years old, and a resident of Barangay Patawag, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte who suddenly crossed the road. The victim sustained injury on her head and was immediately brought to Liloy Integrated Health District Hospital for medical treatment. The driver was duly informed of his constitutional rights and the anti-torture law and was brought to Liloy Integrated Health District Hospital for medical examination. The driver and the vehicle are now under the custody of Liloy MPS for proper disposition.

HACKING INCIDENT

DAPITAN CITY - A HACKING INCIDENT TRANSPIRED AT PUROK DURIAN, BRGY HILTOP, DAPITAN CITY AT ABOUT 8:45 PM OF DECEMBER 4, 2017. THE SUSPECT WAS IDENTIFIED AS EMILIE GALLEPOSO JAMOLOD, 50 YEARS OLD, MARRIED, FEMALE, A RESIDENT OF PUROK DURIAN, BRGY HILLTOP, DAPITAN CITY WHILE THE VICTIM IDENTIFIED AS REYNALDO DINOLAN CABILLO, 47 YEARS OLD, MALE WITH LIVE-IN PARTNER AND A RESIDENT OF SAME PLACE. INITIAL INVESTIGATION CONDUCTED DISCLOSED THAT PRIOR TO THE INCIDENT, AT 5:00PM OF DECEMBER 4, 2017, THE VICTIM AND SUSPECT TOGETHER WITH THEIR FRIENDS WERE HAVING A DRINKING SPREE AT THE HOUSE OF THE SUSPECT. THEN AT ABOUT 8:30 IN THE EVENING OF SAME DATE, THE SUSPECT WENT TO HIS BEDROOM TO SLEEP BUT ALLEGEDLY THE VICTIM WHO WAS ALSO DRUNK WENT TO THE BEDROOM OF THE SUSPECT AND ATTEMPTED TO MOLEST HER THAT RESULTED TO THEIR STRUGGLE. THE SUSPECT WAS ABLE TO ELUDE FROM THE VICTIM AND GRABBED A BOLO FROM HER KITCHEN. SHE WENT OUTSIDE THE HOUSE USING THE BACK PORTION AND CAUGHT THE VICTIM AT THEIR TERRACE OF HER HOUSE AND HACKED HIM SEVERAL TIMES USING A BOLO. THE SAID VICTIM SUSTAINED HACKED WOUND AT THE DIFFERENT PART OF HIS BODY THAT RESULTED TO HIS INSTANTANEOUS DEATH. RECOVERED FROM THE CRIME SCENE WERE, THE FOLLOWING:ONE (1) PC FLASHLIGHT; ONE (1) PC SILVER WRIST WATCH; AND ONE (1) PC GOLD PLATED NECKLESS ALLEGEDLY OWN BY THE SUSPECT. THIS RESULTED IN THE ARREST OF BRAD ADAMS FERNANDEZ DALID, 20 YEARS OLD, SINGLE AND A RESIDENT OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED PLACE. THIS IS BY VIRTUE OF WARRANT OF ARREST ISSUED BY PRESIDING JUDGE VERONICA C. DG-LAPUT OF MTC ROXAS, ZN DATED DECEMBER 5, 2017 FOR THE CRIME OF SLIGHT PHYSICAL INJURIES (3COUNTS) DOCKETED UNDER CC NRS 1886, 1887 AND 1888 WITH A TOTAL BAIL BOND OF P12,000.00 (P4,000.00 EACH). INCIDENT REPORT - December 5, 2017

Robbery Incident

SIOCON - Robbery incident occurred at the house of Edna Arangcon Chua situated at Quezon Avenue, Brgy. Poblacion, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 7:30 PM of December 4, 2017. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that at about 7:25 PM of same date, a certain Jik-Jik Ramirez observed the light inside the said house were opened that prompted him to inform the nearest relative of the owner of the house since it was almost abandoned for how many months. upon verification, it was found out that it was forcibly entered by unknown perpetrator/s by gaining entrance and exit by destroying the window at the back of the house and carted away the valuable belongings to include the trade goods and other merchandise since the front portion of said house was a store and fled to unknown direction after the incident. It is further learned that the owner of the house certain Edna Arangcon Chua was at Zamboanga City for almost three (3) months and most of the time the house was unoccupied. Personnel of Siocon MPS are now conducting follow-up investigation for the identity and possible arrest of the suspect/s.

INCIDENT REPORT - December 1, 2017

Rape Incident and Arrest of Suspect

KALAWIT - An alleged rape incident occurred at Barangay Pianon, Kalawit, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 8:20 AM of November 30, 2017. The victim was an 18 years old, a resident of said place. Accordingly, she was then was asleep, when the two (2) suspects identified as Marvie Abrasaldo, 26 years old, and Ronel Eldian, 27 years old all resident of same place suddenly appeared inside their house while her live in partner identified as Angelito Onotan Bation, 32 year old also resident of same place went to the nearest store to buy a liquor. The two suspects take the opportunity wherein Marvie Abrasaldo  hold the victim’s hand then cover the mouth of the victim and successfully rape the victim, while Ronel Eldian, hold the victim’s foot and after took over and rape the victim. Upon arrival of the victim’s husband, the two suspects immediately fled away towards unknown direction. Operatives of Kalawit MPS conducted manhunt operation that resulted to the arrest of Ronel P Eldian while manhunt operation is still going-on for the arrest of the other suspect Marvie Abrasaldo. The arrested suspect is now temporary detained at Kalawit MPS for filing of appropriate charges in court.

Vehicular Traffic Accident

DAPITAN CITY - Vehicular traffic accident transpired along the National Highway of Brgy Polo, Dapitan City at about 3:00 PM of November 30, 2017 involving three (3) motor vehicle resulting to double homicide and damage to property. The vehicles involved were a black Honda beat motorcycle, bearing plate number 090110, driven Almar Louie Bilbis Bulagao, 29 years old, single a resident of Brgy Sta. Cruz, Dapitan City together with a magenta Honda beat motorcycle, bearing plate number 32903, driven by Michael Amatong Bulagao, 49 years old, married a resident of Brgy Sta. Cruz, Dapitan City and a white hino aluminum van, bearing plate number pnh-491, driven by Wilfredo Jakosalem Canoy Jr, 28 years old, married a resident of Brgy Balintawak, Pagadian City. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that prior to the said incident, vehicle both black Honda beat motorcycle and magenta Honda beat motorcycle, were running on same direction from Poblacion Dapitan City going to Brgy Oyan, Dapitan City, while the white hino aluminum van was running from Oroquita City bound to Dapitan City and upon reaching at the place of accident, particularly at the curve portion of the road near the Brgy Hall of Brgy Polo, Dapitan City, both Honda beat motorcycles was accidentally bumped into the white hino aluminum van. The both Honda beat motorcycles, were ran over and dragged underneath the white hino aluminum van. Both drivers of Honda beat motorcycles died on the spot. the dead body of the two drivers were brought to Gamalinda Funeral Homes for proper disposition while the driver of white hino aluminum van, was temporarily detained at Dapitan CPS pending filing of appropriate charged in court. The three vehicles were brought to Dapitan CPS for proper disposition.

Shooting In Dipolog City

DIPOLOG CITY - Shooting incident transpired at Brgy, Diwan, Dipolog City at about 6:45 PM of November 28, 2017. The suspect was identified as Alex Perigora Patilona, 22 years old, single and a resident of Sitio Matam, Diwan Dipolog City. He voluntarily surrendered to the responding PNP personnel of Dipolog City Police Station. The suspect admitted the he was responsible in the shooting incident, wherein he shot the victim identified as Mario Engod Agapay, 49 years old, married, a resident of Sitio Sibugay, Diwan, Dipolog City. the suspect turned-over to the team one (1) unit revolver of caliber .38 without serial number, three (3) unfired cartridge cases of caliber .38. Victim suffered gunshot wound on his left leg and was rushed to Zamboanga Del Norte Medical Center, Sicayab, Dipolog City. The suspect is presently detained at Dipolog CPS for proper disposition.

Hacking In Siocon

SICON - Hacking incident transpired at Sitio Paduan, Brgy Candiz, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 2:00 PM of November 29, 2017. The victim was Angelita Fabillar Goon, 38 years old, separated, farmer and a resident of Sitio Paduan, Brgy Candiz, Siocon. He was hacked by his brother identified as Rizalino Fabillar Goon, 31 years old, single, farmer, both of same places. Victim sustained several hacked wound at the back of her neck and was rushed to Siocon District Hospital for immediate medical attention. The suspect was successfully arrested by the responding team of Siocon MPS and presently detained at said police station. The investigator on case is Po2 Siegfred Dela Cruz with contact number 09177665763.

INCIDENT REPORT - November 29, 2017

Stabbing and Suicide Incident

BALIGUIAN - Stabbing and suicide incident transpired at Brgy Linay, Baliguian, Zamboanga Del Norte.  Initial investigation disclosed that at around 4:30 AM of November 26, 2017, a commotion from the house of the victim and asking for help. Acted immediately neighbors came to verify however windows and door was all padlock until Brgy Officials decide to break in order to gain entrance.  When they were able to get inside they saw the victim identified as Daisy Bana Baldo, 37 years old, married and a resident of said place who sustained multiple stabbed wounds on her chest that resulted to her untimely death. The suspect identified as Jushua Agilion Baldo, 36 years old, farmer was laying on the floor and was able to speak in visayan dialect “ayaw na lang ko ninyu og hilabti kul ky taud-taud mamatay nako ky nag inum kog hilo sa ilaga”. Their neighbors tried to revive the suspect but later died. Recovered items were a bottle of pesticide labeled as (lanette) a poisonous substance, one curved bolo and a suicide note to quote “mga anak mahal ko kamong tanan atemana ninyo ang inyong manghod jhondave inday”. Cadaver of the victims was already buried by the relatives prior to the arrival of the responding PNP personnel. The couple had left 4 children, whom were now under custody of Baliguian DSWD.

Stabbing Incident

SERGIO OSMEÑA - Stabbing incident transpired at Sitio Talisay, Labiray, Sergio Osmeña, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 3:00 PM of November 27, 2017. The victim was identified as Logiver Ramos Quilo, 49 years old, of San Jose, Sergio Osmena, Zamboanga Del Norte. He was stabbed to death by suspect identified as George Castillo Enaniog, 41 years old, of Brgy. Mawal, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte. The suspect was arrested by the responding PNP personnel of Osmena MPS. The arrested subject person is presently detained at Sergio Osmena MPS for proper disposition.

Attempted Rape Incident

KATIPUNAN - A 54-year old man was arrested after he was accused of sexually abusing a 16-year old teen at the comfort room adjacent to the St. Francis Javier Church in Barangay Uno, Katipunan, Zambonaga Del Norte at about 8:20 AM of November 27, 2017. The suspect was identified as Pedi Daes Salapayne, 54 years old and a resident of Brgy. Uno, Katipunan. Accordingly, the suspect suddenly pushed the victim and started touching her private parts while inside the comfort room. However, the victim managed to escape and reported the incident to her mother. Suspect was arrested by the PNP personnel of Katipunan MPS at the rice mill of Brgy New Tambo, Katipunan, Zamboanga City. The arrested subject person is presently detained at Katipunan MPS for filling of appropriate charges.

Drowning Incident

TAMPILISAN - Drowning incident transpired at Creek of Brgy Poblacion, Tampilisan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 6:00 PM of November 26, 2017. The victim was a 3-year old minor a resident of Brgy Poblacion, Tampilisan. Initial investigation disclosed that at around 6:00 PM of November 26, 2017 the victim together with his older brother crossed the river in going to their home when suddenly the victim was carried away by the strong water current. efforts has been made by the responding PNP personnel together with MDRRMC to recover the victim alive, however at around 11:00 PM of the same date the victim’s lifeless body was found at the side of the creek. Cadaver of the victim was turned over to his family.

Recovered Explosive (Hand Grenade Mk2)

DIPOLOG CITY - An explosive (hand grenade) was found at Brgy Galas, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 7:45 AM of November 2017. Initial investigation disclosed that at around 7:30 AM of November 27, 2017, a 7-year old minor and a resident of Purok Makugihon, Miputak, Dipolog City found the said hand grenade near the coconut tree at the pathway going to Brgy Galas, Dipolog City 100 meters away from their house. According to the EOD team said explosive is a mk2 hand grenade with safety device intact. Said explosive is now under custody of said police office for proper disposition.

NEUTRALIZATION OF GUN FOR HIRE PERSONALITY IN SINDANGAN

SINDANGAN - ON OR ABOUT 11:30 PM OF NOVEMBER 21, 2017 SINDANGAN MPS AND RPSB9 CONDUCTED CHECKPOINT OPERATION AT BRGY BALOK, SINDANGAN ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE. THIS RESULTED IN THE INTERCEPTION OF THE TWO (2) SUSPECTS ONBOARD BLACK AND WHITE HONDA XRM MOTORCYCLE WITHOUT PLATE NUMBER ATTACHED. WHEN THE PERSONNEL OF RPSB9 APPROACHED THE SUSPECT AND INTRODUCED THEMSELVES AS POLICE OFFICERS, THE BACK RIDER PULLED HIS HANDGUN FROM HIS WAIST AND FIRED TWO (2) TIMES TOWARDS THE TWO POLICE OFFICERS BUT LUCKILY THE DUO WERE NOT HIT AND MANAGED TO DROP IN THE GROUND. RAPE WITH HOMICIDE IN SINDANGAN

SINDANGAN - ON OR ABOUT 6:05 PM OF NOVEMBER 22, 2017, A RAPE WITH HOMICIDE INCIDENT TRANSPIRED AT BRGY. GOLEO, SINDANGAN, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE, PARTICULARLY AT THE CONVENT HOUS. THE VICTIM WAS A 14 YEARS OLD, FEMALE AND RESIDENT OF SAID PLACE. INITIAL INVESTIGATION CONDUCTED DISCLOSED THAT WHEN THE 9- YEAR OLD, MALE, BROTHER OF THE VICTIM GOT INSIDE THEIR ROOM, HE TAPPED HER SISTER TO AWAKE BUT IT WAS NOT RESPONSIVE THEN IMMEDIATELY INFORMED HIS FATHER ANGELITO AUTOR THAT HER SISTER WAS UNCONSCIOUS/LIFELESS. SUBSEQUENTLY, HIS FATHER ANGELITO APPROACHED THE BODY OF THE VICTIM AND EVENTUALLY REMOVED THE BELONGINGS WHICH WAS USED IN COVERING THE BODY OF THE VICTIM AND HE FOUND OUT THAT VICTIM’S SHORT PANTS WAS ALREADY BELOW HER KNEE WITH DISCOLORATION ON HER NECK AND BELIEVED TO BE KILLED BY THE SUSPECT AFTER MOLESTING HER. THEFT SUSPECT ARRESTED IN LILOY

LILOY - ON OR ABOUT 4:00 PM OF NOVEMBER 22, 2017, PERSONNEL OF LILOY MPS CONDUCTED MANHUNT OPERATION AGAINST WANTED PERSON AT BARANGAY KAYOK, LILOY, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE THAT RESULTED IN THE ARREST OF NICK TAYROS QUIRANTE, BY VIRTUE OF WARRANT OF ARREST SIGNED BY JUDGE ANTHONY D. ISAW, PRESIDING JUDGE OF RTC BRANCH 24, 9TH JUDICIAL REGION, IPIL, ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY FOR THE CRIME OF THEFT WITH CC # I-5884 AND A BAIL BOND RECOMMENDED AMOUNTING TO TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 20,000.00). ARRESTED WANTED PERSON IS NOW TEMPORARY DETAIN AT TITAY MPS FOR PROPER DISPOSITION.

Shooting Incident

SIOCON - Shooting incident transpired at Sitio Alingasa, Brgy Latabon, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 5:40 PM of November 21, 2017. The victim was identified as Jerry Mastol Amsali, 32 years old, male, married, fisherman and a resident of Brgy. Doña Cecilia, Sirawai, Zamboanga Del Norte. Initial investigation disclosed that prior to the incident the victim was seen driving his single motorcycle Honda XRM red/white without plate number attached. upon approaching at the place of incident the victim was shot several times resulting to a multiple gunshot wounds sustained at the different parts of his body and was pronounced dead by Dr. Mary Therese Acevedo-Rural Health Unit Officer. Recovered from the crime scene were four (4) fired empty cartridges of caliber 45, one cellular phone, two (2) disposable lighter and his driven motorcycle. Suspects fled to unknown direction after the incident. Cadaver was turned over to his family. Siocon MPS conducted follow up investigation to determine the motive and possible arrest of the suspect. Farmer Arrested for Homicide Charges

SERGIO OSMEÑA - Operatives of Sergio Osmena MPS conducted manhunt operation of wanted person at Dipolog Central Public Market, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 10:30 AM of November 21, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of Arcadio Santiala Ending, male, 32 years old, married, farmer and a resident of Brgy Antonino, Sergio Osmena. The accused has a standing warrant of arrest charged for the crime of frustrated homicide docketed under CC#16568, issued by Presiding Judge Victoriano D. Lacaya, Branch 9, RTC 9th Judicial Region, Dipolog City dated November 20, 2017 with bail bond recommended amounting to (Php 24, 000.00). Arrested person is presently detained at said police station for proper disposition.

RA 4136 Violator Arrested in Dapitan

DAPITAN CITY - Operatives of Dapitan City Police Station and 904th PNP Maritime Group conducted manhunt operation on wanted person at Barangay San Vicente, Dapitan City, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 11:30 AM of November 21, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of Romulo Deo Soreño, 46 years old, married, and a resident of Mahayahay, Bankal, Lapu-Lupu City. The accused has a standing warrant of arrest charged for the crime of simple disobedience docketed under cc no. m-llp-16-00227-cr and violation of R.A 4136 docketed under CC no. m-llp-16-00228-cr with bail bond recommended amounting to (p1, 000.00) each cases both issued by Presiding Judge Allan Francisco S. Garciano of MTCC, 7th Judicial Region, Branch 1, Lapu-Lapu City Dated June 24, 2016. Subject person is presently detained at said police station for proper disposition.

Man Held for the Crime of Physical Injuries

SINDANGAN - Operatives of Sindangan MPS conducted manhunt operation of wanted person at Brgy Dapaon, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 12:45 PM of November 21, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of Ronnel Tigo Garcia, 24 years old, male, single and a resident of Brgy Upper Inuman, Sindangan. The accused has a standing warrant of arrest charged for the Crime Of Serious Physical Injuries, cc no 12795, issued by Presiding Judge Nimfa B. Carreon-Padao of 3rd MCTC, 9th Judicial Region, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte dated  October 2, 2017 with bail bond recommended amounted to (Php 2,000.00). Arrested person is presently detained at said police station for proper disposition.

Suicide Incident                 

SINDANGAN - Suicide incident transpired at Sitio San Isidro, Siare, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte. Victim identified as Sergio Abello Epa, 77 years old, single a resident of same place. Initial investigation disclosed that at around 5:00 PM of November 20, 2017 based the statement of his sister Dora Epa Tagapan she went to the house of the victim to bring some foods upon arrival she noticed that the door was locked that prompted her to give instruction to his grandson to forcibly open the door, they saw the victim kneeling tied with a rope on his neck connected to a round timber. Victim is suffering from arthritis. Cadaver of the victim was turned over to his immediate family for proper disposition.

Found Dead Body

KALAWIT - A dead body was found at Purok 7, Brgy Gatas, Kalawit, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 8:30 AM of November 21, 2017. Initial investigation disclosed that the victim identified as Jenny Motong Tulawa, 43 years old, separated, farmer, a resident of said place who was positively identified by his son Carlo Tulawa. Victim sustained multiple stabbed wounds on the different parts of her body and one (1) sliced wound in her neck that resulted to her death. Recovered from the crime scene were as follows; shovel, bar digger and one (1) unit star mobile cellular phone owned by the victim. Further investigation disclosed that at around 2:00 PM of November 20, 2017 prior to the incident the victim together with Agustino Fernandez and Geno Tulawa Gubat were having a drinking spree at the store of Marilyn Cabales on same brgy. The victim and Geno T Gubat argued regarding land dispute. Moments later, Geno T Gubat left the store. When Agustino Fernandez also went home he saw Geno T Gubat seating in the bushes when the latter asked Geno T Gubat what he was doing he replied that he was waiting for someone to kill. it also revealed that based on the statement of his son the victim did not went home that night and they already started looking until the following day that the victim’s cadaver was found lifeless. PNP personnel of Kalawit MPS conducted follow up investigation as Geno T Gubat considered as a person of interest.

REPORTED INCIDENTS - October 11, 2017

Stabbing Incident

Stabbing incident transpired at Sitio Maningo, Brgy Datagan, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 12:10 AM of October 10, 2017 wherein victim identified as Gilbert Estemonio Aplicador, 31 years old, male, single and a resident of Sitio Maningo, Datagan, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte was stabbed his own father Gualberto Tabangan Aplicador, 53 years old, male, married and a resident of same place. Investigation conducted disclosed that the victim and the suspect were having a drinking spree inside the house of the suspect. Few minutes after, the suspect went outside of the house and shouted/challenged the victim, thereafter a commotion ensued. Victim sustained stabbed wound at his left arm and chest below his left breast that result to his instantaneous death. Suspect fled to unknown direction. PNP personnel of Sindangan MPS conducted follow up investigation to determine the motive and possible arrest of the suspect.

Project Double Barrel

Elements of Jose Dalman MPS responded to a commotion that transpired at Tamil, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 2:00 AM of October 10, 2017 and successfully arrested Manny Alia Pinero, 34 years old, single, and a resident of said place who got wild & created commotion during the disco at aforementioned place. However, upon the conduct of body search in the presence of the complainant Pedrito Villasawa, A Brgy. Councilor Of Tamil, Jose Dalman, the responding elements of jose dalman mps was able to recover in his pocket one (1) sachet of suspected shabu. Arrested suspect is presently detained at Jose Dalman MPS for filing of appropriate charges in court.

Arrest of Wanted Person

Intel personnel of Sindangan MPS conducted manhunt operation at Barangay Upper Inuman, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 8:20 AM of October 10, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of Jerdan Ballar Sultan, 26 years old, male, married a resident of Barangay Upper Inuman, Sindangan. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Nimfa B. Carreon-Padao Of Third Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte dated October 2, 2017 for the crime of less serious physical injuries docketed under cc no. 12795 with bail bond recommended amounted to two thousand pesos (P2, 000.00). The arrested subject person is presently detained at detained at Sindangan MPS for proper disposition.

Arrest of Wanted Person

PNP personnel of Katipunan MPS conducted manhunt operation at Barangay Luyoran, Katipunan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 12:20 PM of October 10, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of Gerardo Lomayam Paladin, 54 years old and a resident of Barangay Luyoran, Katipunan, Zambonaga Del Norte by virtue of four (4) warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Alnaiza T. Hassiman-Jamud, 5th MCTC Of Katipunan-Sergio Osmeña, Sr., 9th Judicial Region, Katipunan, dated October 2, 2017 for the crimes of grave oral defamation docketed under cc no. 080-17(k) with bail bond recommended amounted to p6, 000.00 and grave coercion (3 counts) docketed under cc # 082-17(k), 083-17(k) and 084-17(k) with bail bond recommended amounted to p12, 000.00 each. The arrested subject person is presently detained at Katipunan MPS for proper disposition.

Arrest of Wanted Person

Elements of Liloy MPS and Dipolog City Police Station conducted manhunt operation at Sitio Lobing Ogis, Galas, Dipolog City at about 11:00 AM of October 9, 2017. This led to the arrest of Merily Gongob Adriatico, 38 years old, married and resident of Sitio Lobing Ogis, Galas, Dipolog City. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Oscar D. Tomarong, Rtc9, Branch 28, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte dated September 26, 2017 for the crime of estafa docketed under criminal case number l-003290 with recommended bail bond amounting to two hundred thousand pesos (₱200,000.00) for his temporary liberty. Arrested accused is detained at Dipolog CPS lock-up cell while post coordination is conducted prior traveling back to Liloy MPS for proper disposition.

STABBING INCIDENT

ON OR ABOUT 4:00 PM OF OCTOBER 8, 2017 STABBING INCIDENT TRANSPIRED AT BRGY SUGUILON, SIAYAN, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE WHEREIN VICTIM IDENTIFIED AS RICO LAIS BULAY-OG JR, 20 YEARS OLD, SINGLE, WAS STABBED BY HIS FATHER IDENTIFIED AS DOMINGUEZ BULAY-OG SR, 56 YEARS OLD, FARMERS AND BOTH RESIDENT OF SAID PLACE. INVESTIGATION CONDUCTED DISCLOSED THAT PRIOR TO THE INCIDENT, THE VICTIM AND THE SUSPECT WERE HAVING A HEATED ARGUMENT WHEREIN THE SUSPECT GRABBED A BOLO AND SUDDENLY STABBED THE VICTIM HITTING THE STOMACH. VICTIM WAS BROUGHT TO SIAYAN DIAGNOSTIC CENTER AND FURTHER REFERRED TO SINDANGAN DISTRICT HOSPITAL FOR MEDICATION. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED BY THE RESPONDING PNP PERSONNEL SIAYAN MPS AND PRESENTLY DETAINED AT SAID STATION FOR PROPER DISPOSITION.

HACKING INCIDENT

ON OR ABOUT 6:00 PM OF OCTOBER 8, 2017 HACKING INCIDENT TRANSPIRED AT BRGY OYAN, SIBUTAD, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE WHEREIN VICTIM RAMIL BULALACAO MENDEZ, 34 YEAR OLD, MARRIED WAS HACKED BY DINDO ARAW GONZALES, 43 YEARS OLD BOTH RESIDENTS OF THE AFOREMENTIONED PLACE. INVESTIGATION CONDUCTED DISCLOSED THAT PRIOR TO THE INCIDENT, THE SUSPECT TOGETHER WITH FRIENDS WERE HAVING DRINKING SESSION IN THE STORE OF MANOLITO ONGUE. AFTERWHILE, THE VICTIM PASSED BY AND WAS CALLED BY THE SUSPECT TO STOP AND SUBSEQUENTLY HACKED THE VICTIM HITTING ON THE RIGHT SHOULDER AND WAS BROUGHT TO JOSE RIZAL MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, DAPITAN CITY FOR MEDICATION. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED BY THE RESPONDING PNP PERSONNEL OF SIBUTAD MPS AND PRESENTLY DETAINED AT SAID POLICE STATION.

ON OR ABOUT 11:50 AM OF OCTOBER 8, 2017 PERSONNEL OF KATIPUNAN MPS CONDUCTED MANHUNT OPERATION AT PUROK NANGKA, BRGY LOYURAN, KATIPUNAN, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE THAT RESULTED IN THE ARREST OF CRISTITA MAGALSO ITOK, 79 YEARS OLD OF SAME PLACE. SUBJECT PERSON HAS STANDING WARRANR OF ARREST ISSUED BY JUDGE ALNAIZA T. HASSIMAN-JAMUD OF 5TH MCTC OF KATIPUNAN-SERGIO OSMEÑA, SR., 9RTC, KATIPUNAN,ZDN DATED OCTOBER 2, 2017, FOR THE CRIME OF GRAVE ORAL DEFAMATION WITH CC# 080-17 (K) WITH BAILBOND - PHP 6,000.00 AND GRAVE COERCION DOCKETED UNDER CC#082-17 (K), CC #83-17 (K) AND CC# 084-17 (K), WITH BAILBOND RECOMMENDED AMOUNTED TO - PHP 12, 000.00 EACH. THE ARRESTED SUBJECT PERSON IS PRESENTLY DETAINED AT KATIPUNAN MPS FOR PROPER DISPOSITION.
