RA 9262 Violator Held
MANUKAN - One Leonarda
Andilum Sumiwan, 45 years old, married, farmer, a resident of Barangay Serongan,
Manukan, Zamboanga Del Norte reported to Manukan MPS that at around 6:00 PM of May
18, 2017 while she was inside their house her husband Ernesto Onde Sumiwan, 60
years old, farmer of same place, hit her a first blow, hitting on her head. During
the police response, the suspect was already in custody by the Brgy Tanods thereat
and was brought to Manukan MPS. at around 9:00 AM of May 19, 2017, the suspect
was formally charged for violation of
section 5 (a) of ra 9262 docketed under criminal case no 21669, with bail of
(php 60,000) filed under Hon. Felin R Legara – Comidoy, Prosecutor I, Rtc Zn,
9th Judicial Region, Branch 7, Dipolog City. Arrested subject person is
presently detained at Manukan MPS while waiting for the commitment order.
